PRC released a memorandum dated March 25, 2020, stating that PRC allows the re-schedule of all Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Trainings nationwide due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the entire Luzon and the Stringent Social/Physical Distancing Measures Nationwide.
The memorandum addresses the request of various CPD Providers to extend the validity of their approved CPD programs, which were brought to a halt due to the said reasons above. PRC’s approval of the re-scheduling of the CPD Trainings will still require written requests from the respective providers and must be addressed to the concerned CPD Council prior to the offering of the program.

To address the various requests from the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Providers to extend the validity of their previously approved CPD programs in view of the imposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine and Stringent Social Distancing Measures over the entire Luzon, and other Local Government Units in the country, thereby bringing to halt all CPD offerings, the Commission hereby APPROVES the re-scheduling of the CPD programs.
CPD providers are however required to manifest their request in writing to the concerned CPD Council prior to the offering of the program.
