NAGA CITY – St. Andrew Residences conducted its first Family Day for buyers and property owners. The event was successful. Our team’s prospective buyers and property owners were thankful for the management’s initiative of having this kind of event on-site.
One of the clients told us that the Go Karting and Free snacks were a breath of fresh air. It is something different and the kids did look forward to it. “Kaninang umaga pa ko kinukulit ng mga anak ko. Excited sila pumunta dito.” said Ms. Olivar, one of the first property owners in St. Andrew Residences.
Our team (TEODORO REALTY) came in prepared. We assisted our clients in full gear (wearing red uniforms, a laptop with programmed computations, flyers, a drone and big smiles).
Not all our clients were able to come because of the unexpected rain. However, after the showers, those on-site enjoyed every moment on the Go-Kart tracks and loved the foods at the food stalls. Even our team :).
